Person centred counselling is a specific type of talking therapy that empowers and motivates people through this therapeutic process.

People discuss their problems and feelings in a safe environment. The trained counsellor enables exploration of thoughts and feelings at a deeper level. This will help to gain a better understanding of issues, that are often deep seated.

Through the counselling you will start to identify ways of finding your own solutions.

A counsellor does not try to provide the answers for you, but facilitates the self awareness and understanding for change to naturally take place.
