This is a type of therapy used to treat emotional issues. It involves talking to a trained psychotherapist to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and what is troubling you. It can help your thought processes to discover a different approach to help you cope and manage your feelings and problems.
There are numerous types of psychotherapeutic interventions. My style of therapy integrates some of these therapies to uniquely suit the person who has come to see me, using the method I believe will be the most helpful.
